How are the examination results declared, and what is the validity period of the selection list?

The Mandal releases a combined merit list based on the marks obtained by successful candidates. Candidates from reserved categories who secure a place in the unreserved (open) list are counted in the unreserved category. The validity of the select list is generally one year from the date of result declaration or until the declaration of a new exam result, whichever is earlier. A waiting list of 15% of the available posts is also created.

How are reservations applied for various categories, and what is the provision for women?

Reservations are applied as per Madhya Pradesh government rules. 33% of all posts (excluding those in the Forest Department) are reserved for women, applied horizontally and category-wise. There are also provisions for reservation for persons with disabilities and ex-servicemen.
