The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) has announced openings for the role of Program Coordinator/Karmayogi Saarthi. The CBC is inviting applications via their official website (https://cbc.gov.in) from eligible candidates to fill these positions on a full-time contractual basis.
CBC Recruitment 2025 Overview
- Number of Posts: There are 10 positions available.
- Duration: The engagement will be for an initial period of six months, potentially extendable by up to eleven months, or part thereof, to a maximum of three years. Continued service will be based on satisfactory performance reviews.
- Location: The job location is New Delhi.
- Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or a B.E/B.Tech or MBBS or LLB (Hons) or CA or ICWA or possessing any professional degree acquired after 10+2.
- Desirable Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a relevant subject, M.Phil, PhD, 2 years PG diploma in management, additional qualifications, research experience, published papers are desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of post-degree working relevant experience in project management, coordination, or capacity building activities is required. Experience in the government sector is highly desirable.
- Remuneration: The remuneration range is between Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,25,000 per month, subject to applicable tax deductions.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years.
Selection Process
- The selection process will involve:
- Screening: A dedicated screening committee will review applications and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and evaluation of an assessment task.
- Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, potentially including behavioral and technical assessments, before a Consultancy Evaluation Committee (CEC).
