HTET 2025 Registration Begins: The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) has released the notification for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 and has started the application process. Candidates wishing to appear for HTET 2026 can apply on the official website of the Haryana Board, bseh.org.in.
The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 notification has been released, and the application process has begun. Candidates preparing for HTET 2025 to become teachers can register online on the official website bseh.org.in. The last date to fill the form is January 4, 2026. The HTET will be conducted in three levels. Note that the applicant’s age must be between 18 and 38 years. The application fee for General category candidates is Rs. 1000 for Level 1, Rs. 1800 for Level 2, and Rs. 2400 for Level 3.
Why is HTET important?
It is important to note that young people aspiring to become teachers must pass this examination. The eligibility of candidates for Primary Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) positions will be determined by this examination. Registered candidates can also make corrections to their application forms from January 4 to 5, 2026.
HTET 2025 Eligibility:
For the Level 1 PRT exam, candidates must have a 12th-grade certificate with 50% marks. A 2-year diploma in Elementary Education/Special Education/B.E.Ed is also required. Candidates with a graduation degree and a diploma in Elementary Education can also apply. For Level 2 TGT, a graduation degree with 50% marks in any stream and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education is required. Level 3 PGT requires a Master’s degree with 50% marks and a B.Ed.
Application Fees
General, OBC, and candidates from outside Haryana state will have to pay ₹1000 for a single paper. For applying for two papers, the fee is ₹1800, and for three papers, it is ₹2400. SC and PH category candidates will have to pay ₹500 for one paper, ₹900 for two papers, and ₹1200 for all three papers.

On the website’s homepage, click on the “Apply Online for HTET 2025” link.
On the new page, click on “Apply Online,” fill in the required details, and register.
Log in and fill in the remaining information to complete the application.
Pay the prescribed fee, then print the completed form and keep it safe.
HTET Exam Date:
The examination will be conducted on February 17 and 18, 2026, at various designated centers across the state. However, the dates have not been officially announced yet. For more information, candidates can visit the Haryana Board’s official website.
